TITANIC LOVE

Imagination seduces

as much, if not more,

than the seducer in flesh,

them becoming a mannequin

which the mind aflame

dresses with their love

and aching lust.

This is why love

so often disappoints

when the human imagination,

steaming ahead, meets

reality's iceberg.
