When you wake up
at dawn,
lacking sunshine and
gray as it might be,
remember:
This could be the day
which shall have no
dusk for you.
So, your mortality affirmed,
inhale deep
the staid air,
look long at the dim
colours of the landscape,
stretch your limbs,
and enjoy
existence.
