MAROONED IN TIME

Writing is a form of time travel,

the words itself the vessel to carry our message

downstream time.

Yet unborn hands to pick up

our message, to

read it; the wish -

then our minds connect,

the dead and the unborn / living,

breaking the walls of continuum

caging us,

separating us,

marooning us.
