TO JOHN KEATS

"Here lies one whose name was writ in water."

The water the name 'was written on' evaporates,

the continent the water was on dives into the Earth's mantle,

and the planet itself is engulfed by the Sun, dying

in a Cosmos fated to whither to matterless void.
