Israel is butchering Gaza,
making Zaytoun into a desert
because it can, because
the United States believes
a god ordaines it as part
of some Old Testament plan
like when Canaan
suffered genocide,
because the American opposition
still holds opposing a genocide
a purity test beneath them,
because the old colonial masters
in the United Kingdom
serve the new colonial masters,
because the European Union
considers Apartheid Israel's
genocidal regime
it's greatest achievement,
because Palestinian flesh
is soap and Palestinian blood
water to wash away
the Jewish blood
from European hands,
because Arab dictators
believe they can buy themselves
safety from Israel, for now,
by doing nothing,
by playing along,
like Iraq, Libya and Syria
wouldn't have taught them.
So the blood flows,
but Israel will be the one
not standing when it all ends.
