Freedom will come, I just wish it would have come when you were alive.
But death came first. They killed because you did great work, Hossam.
Until the last you were telling the world what was being done to your people.
And now, on the evening of the day that was your last,
on the day you saw sunrise but no longer the sunset,
you are among the dead,
and your killers are among the living,
but it will be your legacy on which the future will be build,
a living legacy, while theirs will be a dead one, dust
while yours will flourish and bloom.
