I'm tired

my stomach is reacting to stress again

have to worry for so many people

yet never enough

a scare yesterday

followed by one today

aching belly

and a tired mind

connection

to carry me through this night

on the black tide of coffee

I can't sleep wake

to some new scare

better to be awake

read and sit in the bathroom

as legs go numb
