WE CHANGED AND SO DID THE WORLD

In our youth we mocked

the world and its ways,

and ever since we grew

old and became wise

the world has mocked us

and our aged ways.

To our wisdom

it has no time,

and all the seeds

we planted

died among

the weeds.
