The European Union refuses to take any action
to stop Israeli attacks in Lebanon, to thwart
an invasion, to establish a ceasefire.
Well, beyond putting it on paper that it
wishes that there would be a ceasefire,
out of thin air, a pious hypocrite's wish,
repeat of what the European Union
has been saying about the slaughter
in Gaza for the last year, that
it would be nice if there would
be a ceasefire, but that the European
Union won't do more to achieve it
than wine and dine politicians
and then put on paper that it wishes
that ceasefire would emerge, miraculously,
an immaculate conception without
any need for a threesome, an intercourse
of sanctions with boycott and divestments.
