NOTHING

Nothing, at the beginning,

at the end, nothing,

and in the between,

from nothing, everything -

all these myriad wonders

the universe offers us,

brought into existence

from nothing, like us,

spawns of the void,

void that will endure

when all life and matter

is nothing.
