The local graveyard

There will come a day

when all visits to them

are visits to the graveyard;

all the important people

from the early part

of our lives

gathered again

in one place -

like in those memories

of family gatherings

in childhood.

Grand-parents, parents,

uncles, aunts, the

occasional great-aunt

or great-uncle,

cousins.

All together again

for us to visit.
