WHERE DO THEY GET THESE PEOPLE?

I'm watching dressage from the Paris Olympics

and the Finnish sports commentator says

that either the Danish rider or their trainer

(I miss which one, but one or the other

won many gold medals in past Olympics,

so the commentator claims)

is "known to all Finns".

Where do they get these people?
